Cancellation Policy

📄 General Service Policy By booking with us, you agree to the following terms: Personal Belongings: We are not responsible for any lost, damaged, or stolen items left in or around the vehicle. Please remove all valuables prior to your appointment. Vehicle Condition: We reserve the right to refuse service or adjust pricing if a vehicle’s condition requires more work than initially booked (e.g., excessive dirt, pet hair, stains, etc.). Weather & Access: We may reschedule services due to inclement weather. You must ensure clear access to the vehicle and appropriate working space at the time of your appointment. Cancellations & No-Shows: Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance for cancellations. Missed appointments without notice may result in a fee or forfeiture of service. Liability: While every precaution is taken, we are not liable for pre-existing damage, mechanical/electrical issues, or wear and tear that may become apparent during or after cleaning. Subscription & Maintenance Plans: No refunds or rollovers for missed services. It is the customer’s responsibility to schedule or cancel as per the subscription agreement.
