Service Description
In this consultation, our technician will travel to your location to verify the condition of your vehicle's paint and determine what method of service would be best to achieve optimal results. The technician will walk you through the paint correction and ceramic coating process explaining the significance of each step. You will also be informed about the types of tools and products that we use for this premier service.
Cancellation Policy
📄 General Service Policy By booking with us, you agree to the following terms: Personal Belongings: We are not responsible for any lost, damaged, or stolen items left in or around the vehicle. Please remove all valuables prior to your appointment. Vehicle Condition: We reserve the right to refuse service or adjust pricing if a vehicle’s condition requires more work than initially booked (e.g., excessive dirt, pet hair, stains, etc.). Weather & Access: We may reschedule services due to inclement weather. You must ensure clear access to the vehicle and appropriate working space at the time of your appointment. Cancellations & No-Shows: Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance for cancellations. Missed appointments without notice may result in a fee or forfeiture of service. Liability: While every precaution is taken, we are not liable for pre-existing damage, mechanical/electrical issues, or wear and tear that may become apparent during or after cleaning. Subscription & Maintenance Plans: No refunds or rollovers for missed services. It is the customer’s responsibility to schedule or cancel as per the subscription agreement.
